It is recommended to install vCardOrganizer version 2.1 on Windows 7, Vista and on Windows Server 2008 where .NET Framework 3.0 and 3.5 is already included.
On Windows 10, 8 and Server 2012 it is better to install vCardOrganizer 4.1 that has same functionalities of version 2.1 but can run on .NET Framework 4.x (pre installed).
